I offer a safe, supportive and nurturing space where you are given the opportunity to exhale, and release any unwanted physical, emotional and mental tension.
My style is a combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga, which I refer to as Restorative Yin. Both are a floor based practice which give you the opportunity to enjoy gentle long yin poses, allowing a muscular release in combination with stillness Restorative poses towards the end of class. This allows your body to truly surrender, let go and replenish.
Poses can be held anywhere from 10-20 minutes, giving your nervous system the opportunity to truly switch off and reset.
I will also empower you through the class with mindfulness tools and tips support you in managing and calming your stress and anxiety.
You will be offered beginner to intermediate options for all poses and be provided with a nurturing and supportive environment where you feel safe to go at your own pace and release and surrender into your practice in any way you need. Suitable for beginners and pregnancy.
