As I was reading this beautiful book to my 8 year old son last night, I realised, mummy needed to receive this message too! I think we all do 🙏🏼🥰
Life can feel uncertain, challenging and bloody hard at times and we often seek outside ourselves for the answers to help us on our path 🙏🏼💖
There is no one else more qualified on what’s best for you than YOU. Your body, soul and heart KNOWS the answers, we just have to create the space to connect into our intuition and ask the questions we so desperately need the answers for 🙏🏼🧚🏻♀️
My wise mentor @cassiemendozajones recently shared an intuitive exercise with me that is so powerful for tapping into your intuitive self and getting to the core of what your soul needs you to know and do next 🙏🏼
Do it with me now…🤩 Grab a piece of paper, and a pen and draw 3 columns, one each for mind, body & soul. And ask yourself the ONE question, ONE thing that’s been troubling you or your unsure on and wrote the answer for each area.
If your unclear of the question to ask yourself – try asking yourself this
‘Heart – what will you have me do next?’🙏🏼🥰
And see what words come, what flows onto the page..

✨Let your body and gut express how it feels
✨Now let your soul/heart express what she knows to be true 🙏🏼
What comes out is 100% authentically aligned to you and your energy✨
