If this is you, your not alone! I have felt a bit like that too off and on since we hit Gemini season!
They key is to recognise when your off centre and need to reset and ground.
Here are some self-love soul tips of mine I pop into my daily and weekly schedule to ensure I keep centered, grounded and connected to my body:
Walk in nature – get to the beach, national park or even the dog park! If you can get your shoes off and contact your feet to the sand or earth, even better. I walk my Border Collie Buddy boy every single day without fail and the walk alone with him as my companion in nature grounds me 100%
Itโs bath season! Get your gorgeous body into a salt bath! You can use Epsom salts, Himalayan salts and even mix with essential oils for extra self-love yumminess. Remember to mix your oils with a little bit of milk so they donโt irritate your skin.
Move your body – preferably outside, if not your yoga mat is another beautiful place and way to do this. My yoga mat is my SACRED SPACE. No one else is allowed on it and when I sit, or come into child’s pose I am instantly transported into my heart space. I just friggin LOVE how it anchors me to the present EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Eat veggies that are grown in the EARTH. Itโs also the perfect weather for roasts, casseroles, curries, daal etc. I like to roast vege at the beginning of the week and keep them in the fridge to snack on between clients or place in salads or wraps.
DANCE – Dancing brings out our inner child, is a great way to move our body intuitively and raises our vibration. Get your kids involved. Pop on the tunes and get silly and joyful together.
